Positivo lamp not connecting? Learn how to fix it

Use the Tuya app

Yes, positiva's smart bulbs are based on the tuya app, so it works in this app too, and for some mysterious reason sometimes it connects without problems while positivo's may have an error, so you can try connecting through it, just download the app below:ย

Didn't work? Stay in the same application and try the next step.

Turn off Bluetooth

Yes, that's right, sometimes the bluetooth hinders the connection because it has a bluetooth pairing mode, try disconnecting and trying the connection again, in 99% of cases this step works, but if the connection still doesn't work, there's one more step below.

Reset lamp and router

The last step is to reset the lamp according to the manual and also the router (reboot), so that it removes any trace of the saved lamp, then follow the previous steps and try the connection again.
